Thomas & Moore is a professional manufacturers’ representative organization that has successfully operated for 60 years. We specialize in gift and decorative accessories, candles and candle accessories, collectibles, garden and tabletop products. Also represented are childrens’ themed products, collegiate items and ladies’ fine jewelry. Our professional team of sales representatives cover the southwest states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
We are a strong service-oriented company. Our oldest vendor, Charles Sadek Imports, has been with us since 1971. Thomas & Moore originated as a partnership established by Jim Thomas and Bill Moore in 1950. The second-generation principals were the sons, the late Mike Thomas and Rick Moore. Rick Moore has over 30 years of experience in the industry. On October 1st of 2005, Wayne Cockle joined the Thomas & Moore team as its newest member. His responsibilities include involvement in all phases of the operations of Thomas & Moore with an emphasis on directing the T&M sales force. Wayne brings over 40 years of experience in the gift industry to Thomas & Moore. For the previous 20 years Wayne worked in sales management for such diverse companies as Recycled Paper Greetings, Sandicast and Direct Connection. On April 1, 2010 Thomas & Moore was acquired by Kelly Dierke (managing Principal of Ron Bauman Assoc.) Kelly Dierke brings together the 25 year history and experience of Ron Bauman Associates and combines that with the 60 year history and experience of Thomas & Moore to form a vibrant, exciting Thomas & Moore sales agency for the future. We currently work with over 5000 active accounts in six states. Our 3000 square foot showroom has a four-person office and floor staff. We have toll-free telephone and fax lines to assist our customers with order and customer service needs. We have professional and extensive road coverage from our Ten road representatives. Orders written on the road represent over 65% of our total business. We are computerized in the office and on the road as well. We scan all products in the showroom and use the Showroom Solutions Inc. software in the office and on the road. This offers our vendors the ability to receive orders in one of three methods: directly if the company chooses to work with Showroom Solutions vendor exchange application, via Ordernet Lite, or via fax.We are proud of our organization, confident of our abilities, and would welcome your participation in a review of our 20 + product lines.
